Well, if you want to learn vectoring, I can suggest you a very good one. And it's suitable for total beginner. This person used Adobe Photoshop CS instead of any vector based program.

Yeah...get rid of the grainy texture or noise or saturation or whatever caused that. The image is cool though. If you need help, PM me and I\'ll do my best to aid you.
